核电厂不锈钢BOSS焊缝中裂纹液体渗透检验研究

摘要 介绍了某核电厂停堆大修期间,针对不锈钢BOSS焊缝中是否存在裂纹,采用液体渗透检验的方法进行验证,并对裂纹的检验及产生进行初步分析与探讨。同时由于不锈钢BOSS焊缝表面裂纹方向的不确定性,裂纹开口宽度和深度的有限性,液体渗透检验方法与其它的无损检验方法相比,在检验非铁磁性材料方面具有显著的优点,用其探测非多孔性金属材料的表面开口缺陷是一种有效的检验方法。 This paper introduces the method of inspecting the liquid penetration to verify whether the crack existing in stainless steel BOSS welding seam during shut-down overhaul of a nuclear power plant,and carries out a preliminary analysis and discussion on the inspection and generation of crack.At the same time,the liquid penetration inspection method has significant advantage in the inspection of nonferromagnetic materials compared with other nondestructive inspection methods because of the uncertainty of surface crack direction of tainless steel BOSS welding seam as well as the finiteness of width and depth of crack opening.It is a kind of effective method to detect the surface opening defects of imporosity metal material.
