摘要
45钢在预定温度淬火实验后通过在不同浓度的NaOH溶液快速冷却,通过金相试样制备,用金相显微镜进行组织观察,研究了淬火后金相组织的分布情况;通过洛氏硬度和显微硬度的测量,研究了何种状态下性能更优秀;通过对试样进行冲击试验,研究试样的冲击韧性。结果表明在碱性淬火液体下淬火45钢可以完全取代其他昂贵淬火液体下的淬火。并且在10%NaOH淬火介质中淬火后,平均硬度达到56.1HRC,金相组织相对比较均匀。
The 45 steel was rapidly cooled in NaOH solution with different concentrations after the predetermined-temperature quenching experiment.Through preparing the metallographic specimen,the microstructure of which was observed with a metallographic microscope to study the distribution of the metallographic microstructure after quenching.Through measuring Rockwell hardness and microhardness,the performance in which state is better is carried out.Through the impact test of specimen,the impact toughness of specimen is researched.The results show that the quenching 45 steel in alkaline quenching fluid can completely replace that in other expensive quenching fluids.After quenching in 10%NaOH medium,the average hardness of it has reached 56.1HRC,and the metallographic microstructure of it was relatively uniform.
