浅谈电机轴承振动信号的采集与处理

Brief Discussion on Collection and Processing of Vibration Signals of Electric Motor

基于实际电机运维和故障检测技术,对电机轴承的故障检测,提出了轴承振动信号的采集与处理的一些经验方法。基于振动信号的采样理论,讨论了采样控制方法和信号预处理方法,以及电机的轴承信号故障检测与分析方法。

Based on the operation,maintenance and fault detection technologies of the actual electric motor,this paper proposes some empirical methods of collecting and processing the bearing vibration signals for the detection of the bearing faults.Based on the sampling theory of vibration signal,this paper discusses the sampling control method and signal preprocessing method as well as detection and analysis methods of bearing signal fault.
