摘要
开放大学体系教师专业发展是确保开放大学发展的关键环节,关系到开放教育体系人才培养质量。梳理2011—2023年中国知网刊载的研究文献,将现有研究成果分为本质内涵类、影响因素类、发展机制类、实现路径类四类,通过分析其在研究方法、研究内容、研究视角和研究对象上存在的局限性,进而主张在方法上从思辨层面深入探讨教师专业发展的本质内涵,丰富不同维度开放大学教师专业发展的实践及实证研究,加强开放大学教师专业发展的多维视角研究,拓展对国外开放大学教师专业发展的成功经验总结。
The professional development of teachers in the Open University system is the key link to ensure the development of the Open University,which is related to the quality of education and training in the open education system.By combing the research literature published on CNKI from 2011 to 2023,this paper divides the existing research results into four categories:essential connotation,influencing factors,development mechanism and realization path.By analyzing the limitations of research methods,research contents,research perspectives and research objects,it further makes prospects for future research.It is advocated to explore the essence and connotation of teacher professional development from a speculative level,enrich the practice and empirical research of teacher professional development of Open University in different dimensions,strengthen the multidimensional perspective research of teacher professional development of Open University,and expand the summary of successful experience of teacher professional development of foreign Open University.
