“三育”融合:高校体育课程思政改革探索

摘要 体育课程思政的研究起步晚、难度大,研究成果相对较少。目前体育课程高校教学实践中存在“生硬化”“功利化”“平躺化”现象。走出困局需要进一步明确改革的基本方向,根据高校体育课程的优势和特色,深挖其隐性和显性思政元素,有效实现“育体”“育德”“育心”的深度融合。当前,应努力促进体育课程思政“去标签”“去三化”“去盲点”三项具体措施的落地。为此,要进一步提升体育课教师的素质和能力,使其真正成为体育课程思政改革的中坚力量。 The study of the ideology and politics in physical education curriculum starts late and is hard.The research results are relatively few.Currently,the phenomenon of“stiffness”,“utilitarianism”and“flatness”exist in the teaching practice in colleges and universities.To get out of the dilemma,we need to further clarify the basic direction of reform,dig deep into its recessive and explicit ideological and political elements according to the advantages and characteristics of college physical education courses,and effectively realize the deep integration of“cultivating body”,“cultivating morality”and“cultivating mentality”.At present,efforts should be made to promote the physical education curriculum ideological and political“to remove labels”,and“to eliminate the blind spot”.Therefore,we should further enhance the quality and ability of PE teachers,so that they can really become the backbone of the ideological and political reform of PE curriculum.
