共生理论视域下高职产业学院的运行机制研究

On the Operating Mechanism of Industrial Faculties in Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Symbiosis Theory

完善的运行机制是产业学院顺利发展的基本保障。目前产业学院发展迅猛,但在运行过程中仍然面临政策法规不健全致运行不畅、现代化治理手段缺失致管理混乱、合作内驱动力不足致持续性差等困境。本文通过运用共生理论,分析产业学院运行要素以及之间的相互影响与作用,试图建立和完善包含利益分配机制、发展动力机制、信息共享机制、合作信任机制为一体的产业学院运行机制。

A sound operating mechanism is the basic guarantee for the smooth development of the industrial faculty.At present,the Industrial College is developing rapidly,but it still faces many problems,such as poor operation due to inadequate policies and regulations,management chaos due to the lack of modern governance methods,and poor sustainability due to insufficient internal driving force for cooperation.This article applies the theory of symbiosis to analyze the mutual influence and interaction among the various elements of the operation of the industrial faculty,attempting to establish and improve an operational mechanism that related to interest distribution,development motivation,information sharing,and trust in cooperation.
