摘要
共同富裕是社会主义的本质要求,是人民群众的共同期盼,也是党和国家的奋斗目标。职业教育作为一种与社会发展需求紧密对接的教育类型,当紧扣新时期经济社会发展脉搏,以战略性视角重新审视自身使命,自觉与技能型社会建设“同频”、与产业升级转型“同向”、与乡村振兴战略“同步”,努力提升自身适应性,助力共同富裕目标的实现。然而,当前职业教育发展与产业、城乡、区域之间存在对接失位、结构失衡、治理失调等现实堵点,致使职业教育难以适应经济社会的发展要求。鉴于此,本文提出实化产教对接,增强职业教育与产业发展适应性;深化城乡融合,增强职业教育与乡村发展适应性;强化区域协调,增强职业教育与区域发展适应性,推动职业教育逐步从不适应向适应、从低效适应向高效适应蜕变。
As the essential requirement of socialism,common prosperity is not only the common aspiration of the people,but also the goal of the party and the country.As an education type that is closely connected with the needs of social development,vocational education should closely follow the pulse of economic and social development in the new era,re-examine its own mission from a strategic perspective,consciously keep pace with the construction of skilled society,the industrial upgrading and transformation,and the rural revitalization strategy,strive to enhance its own adaptability and help achieve the goal of common prosperity.However,at present,there are many problems in the current development of vocational education,such as the misalignment with the industrial,urban-rural,and regional development,disproportionate structure and imbalanced governance,which make it difficult for vocational education to adapt to the requirements of economic and social development.In view of this,this article proposes to adapt vocational education to rural development by implementing the industry-education integration,to industrial development by deepening urban-rural integration,and to regional development by strengthening regional coordination,thus gradually transforming vocational education from incompatibility to adaptation,from inefficient adaptation to efficient adaptation.
