在数字经济带动数字人才需求产生“量变”、数字职业增加促进人才需求“转变”的趋势下,加强餐饮智能管理专业人才培养是高职院校应对产业数字化发展的必由之路。数字化时代,高职餐饮智能管理专业人才培养的路径是:优化人才培养理念,构建契合数字化发展的人才培养机制;重塑课程结构,建设“1轴4模块6区域”“岗课赛证”融通的人才培养课程体系;基于合作共赢,打造多主体、重应用的餐饮智能管理专业数字化平台;提升人才培养规格,形成专业课程与专业能力精准对应的关系;培育教师的数字化教学能力,推动人才培养模式数字化。

It is a major trend today that the digital economy drives a quantitative change in the demand for digital talents,and the increase in digital professions promotes a transformation in talent demand.In view of this,strengthening the cultivation of talents in intelligent catering management is the only way for vocational colleges to cope with the digital development of industries.Suggestions include optimizing the concept of talent cultivation and constructing a talent cultivation mechanism that is in line with digital development;Reshaping the curriculum structure by integrating job,courses,competition,and certification into a system of“1 axis,4 modules,and 6 regions”;Building a digital platform for intelligent catering management with multiple subjects and multiple applications based on cooperation and win-win concept;Improve the standards of talent cultivation and form a precise correspondence between professional courses and professional abilities;Cultivate the digital teaching ability of teachers and promote the digitization of talent cultivation models.
