高职院校课程思政建设的制约因素及应对策略

摘要 课程思政是高职院校实现立德树人根本任务的重要途径。目前高职院校在推进课程思政的实践中,普遍存在着课程思政覆盖面不广、融入深度不够、特色不明显等诸多问题。高职院校应推进系统性改革与创新,从顶层设计入手,完善课程思政评价考核机制,强化团队建设和资源建设,深入挖掘学校和地方文化特色,寻找创新课程思政的突破点,进而提升立德树人水平。 Integrating ideological and political education into curriculum is an important approach for higher vocational colleges to implement the fundamental task of cultivating talents with morality.At present,vocational colleges generally face problems such as limited coverage,insufficient integration depth,and unclear characteristics in promoting this practice.Therefore,higher vocational colleges should promote systematic reform and innovation,starting from top-level design,improve the assessment mechanism for ideological and political education in curriculum,strengthen team and resource construction,deeply explore school characteristics,and seek breakthroughs in innovative curriculum ideological and political education,thereby enhancing the level of cultivating moral integrity and talents.
