摘要
江苏省通过提升职业院校教师“双师”素质,打造一流教学创新团队和选聘产业教授等举措来积极加强教师队伍建设。同时,也面临着教师整体水平待提升,教师职业倦怠以及产业教授待遇未落实问题。针对存在的困境,需要坚持质量导向创新评价模式,协同企业建立实践基地;改善教师培训有效供给,开展教师发展监测评估;落实保障激发工作动力,强化产业教授引进培训。
Jiangsu Province is actively strengthening the construction of its teaching staff in vocational colleges by enhancing the quality of“dual-qualified”teachers,creating first-class teaching innovation teams,and appointing industry professors.At the same time,there are also issues such as the need to improve the overall level of teachers,occupational burnout among teachers,and the lack of implementation of remuneration for industry professors.In response to the existing difficulties,it is necessary to adhere to a quality oriented innovative evaluation model and cooperate with enterprises to establish practical bases;Provide more opportunities for teacher training and monitor and evaluate teacher development;Implement salary guarantees to stimulate work motivation and strengthen the introduction and training of industry professors.
