高质量课程评价的逻辑起点、内涵特征与培育路径

摘要 育人性、发展性、问题性,是认识与开展高质量课程评价的逻辑起点和初始动因。基于这一前提,可将高质量课程评价理解为一种将高质量的发展理念和根本要求融入课程评价的任何要素与环节之中,使其从整体上成为一种系统完备、科学规范和运行有效的课程评价样态。开展和培育高质量课程评价,是应对课程评价难题和实现课程评价育人的重要途径。为此,需要加强课程评价的理论、实践与政策研究,增强课程评价的创新意识、问题意识和技术意识,重视课程评价的理念、价值和思维功用。 Educational,developmental and problematic are the starting point and motivation for understanding and implementing high-quality curriculum evaluation.Based on this premise,high-quality curriculum evaluation is a kind of evaluation that integrates high-quality development concepts and requirements into any element and link of curriculum evaluation,and makes it become a systematic,scientific and effective evaluation as a whole.Cultivating high-quality curriculum evaluation is an important way to deal with the problems of curriculum evaluation and realize education through curriculum evaluation.To this end,it is necessary to strengthen the theory,practice and policy research of curriculum evaluation,enhance the innovation,problem and technical awareness of curriculum evaluation,and pay attention to the concept,value and thinking function of curriculum evaluation.
