Nowadays,once the masters of the family business are gradually moving to the rear,and many second-generations of Anhui entrepreneurs begin to take over the family business.By combing through the sample of 16 well-known second-generations,we find that 12 of them were born from 1985 to 1992.Interestingly,most of them were born around the time their parents started their businesses,and they all happened to be in their mid-30s when taking over the family business.
