A Brief Discussion of Xi Jinping’s Approach to Exploring County Economic Development

在地方工作期间,习近平运用调查研究方法了解正定和宁德经济社会发展状况,接着运用普遍联系方法把正定和宁德放在大格局中谋划发展,又运用协调发展方法推动正定和宁德三大产业发展,并在矛盾分析方法指导下寻求正定和宁德发展动力,从而找到了正定和宁德经济发展路子。在综合运用调查研究方法、普遍联系方法、协调发展方法和矛盾分析方法基础上,习近平总结“晋江经验”,并运用一般与个别相结合方法,对“晋江经验”作了推介,这使得习近平县域经济发展思路更加清晰化,从而进一步彰显了习近平探索县域经济发展的方法和思路的价值。

During his local tenure,Xi Jinping utilized the method of investigation and research to gain insight into the socio-economic development of Zhengding and Ningde.He then employed the method of universal connection to place Zhengding and Ningde within the broader context for development planning.Additionally,he used the method of coordinated development to advance the progress of three major industries in Zhengding and Ningde.By applying the method of analyzing contradictions,Xi Jinping sought to identify the driving force for the development of Zhengding and Ningde,ultimately uncovering the path for economic growth in these regions.By integrating the methods of investigation and research,universal connection,coordinated development,and contradiction analysis,Xi Jinping distilled the“Jinjiang Experience”and advocated for its implementation through a blend of general and specific approaches.This approach clarified Xi Jinping’s perspectives on the economic development of counties,further emphasizing the significance of his methods and ideas in exploring county economic development.
