基于CBL的中医耳鼻咽喉科典型临床病例库实践教学平台的建设

Construction of the Practical Teaching Platform of Typical Clinical Case Bank of Otolaryngology of Traditional Chinese Medicine Based on Case-based Learning

摘要 中医药教育网络化建设是中国医学教学改革的重要部分,对目前的高校医学教育具有推动作用。现行的临床教学网络化建设具有易取得、易整理、易更新及可多次重复、满足学生个性化需求的优势,但无法突出自主学习的全过程,难以调动学生的学习积极性。中医耳鼻咽喉科教学内容繁多、抽象,相关机制及解剖复杂,存在一定的学习困难;且当前存在教学任务重、患者自我保护意识强、临床典型示教案例较少等问题。因此基于以病例为基础的教学法(CBL)建设中医耳鼻咽喉科典型病例库教研室平台,并将其应用到临床见习和实习教学中,为学生提供临证实感和氛围,不仅能提高带教效率、锻炼学生临床思维,还能弥补耳鼻咽喉科疾病季节性发病及教学资源不足的缺点,使学生在短时间内对疾病的特征有感性、立体的理解,从而更充分地掌握耳鼻咽喉常见病的辨病辨证思路;有助于医学生临床思维的培养,同时还能优化教学方法和资源,对于系统化教学信息建设也具有重要意义。 The network construction of traditional Chinese medicine education is an important part of Chinese medical teaching reform and plays a role in promoting medical education in colleges and universities.The current clinical teaching network construction has the advantages of easy to obtain,easy to organize,easy to update,can be repeated many times,to meet the individual needs of stu⁃dents,but it can’t highlight the whole process of independent learning,difficult to mobilize their learning enthusiasm.The teaching of otolaryngology in traditional Chinese medicine is characterized by various contents,abstractions,complicated mechanism and anatomy,so it is difficult to learn relevant knowledge well,and there are many problems such as heavy teaching tasks,strong self-protection awareness of patients,and few typical clinical teaching cases.Therefore,the platform of teaching and research section of tra⁃ditional Chinese otolaryngology typical case database based on case-based learning method(CBL)is built,and it is applied in clinical probation and practice teaching to provide students with a sense of clinical confirmation and atmosphere,which not only improves teaching efficiency and exercises students’clinical thinking,but also makes up for the shortcomings of seasonal onset of otolaryngol⁃ogy diseases and insufficient teaching resources.It enables students to have a perceptual and three-dimensional understanding of the characteristics of diseases in a short time,so that they can more fully grasp the dialectical thinking of disease differentiation of com⁃mon diseases of ear,nose and throat diseases.It not only contributes to the cultivation of clinical thinking of medical students,but also optimizes the teaching methods and resources,which is of great significance for the construction of systematic teaching information.
