眩晕属于主观感觉障碍,指患者在自身没有运动时也会产生运动感觉,多伴有平衡功能障碍,是影响人们身心健康的常见疾病之一。中医被不断运用于眩晕的治疗中,并取得了一定成效。天麻钩藤饮出自《中医内科杂病证治新义》一书,属于治风剂,具有平肝熄风、清热活血、补益肝肾之效,主治肝阳偏亢、肝风上扰证。张永杰教授认为,眩晕的治疗应以滋肝养肾、平肝潜阳为主。
