中医治疗汗证经验浅析

Experience of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Sweat Syndrome

汗证是指阴阳失调、腠理不固而致汗液外泄失常的一种病症。汗的出现与五脏、卫气营血均有关系,生理上密切联系,病理上相互影响。在疾病过程中,汗证既可作为症状单独出现,亦可作为其他疾病的伴随症状。治疗汗证时,以症状部位如头部汗出、背部汗出、胸腹部汗出、手足汗出、上热下寒等为切入点,四诊合参,辨明阴阳表里虚实,进行辨证论治,并在此基础上结合伴随症状,把握其核心病机,灵活加减或合方运用,以达到异病同治、同病异治之功。

Sweat syndrome is due to disorder of yin and yang,striate and interstitial space is not solid,and sweat leakage disorder a disease.The appearance of sweat syndrome is related to the five Zang organs,wei,qi,ying and blood.It is closely related physiologi-cally and influences each other pathologically.It can occur as a symptom alone during the course of the disease or as a concomitant symptom of other diseases.In the treatment of sweating syndrome,the sweating parts such as head,back,chest and abdomen,hands and feet,upper heat and lower cold are taken as the entry point,and the four diagnostic and combined parameters are used to distin-guish yin and yang for syndrome differentiation and treatment.On this basis,combined with the accompanying symptoms,the core pathogenesis is grasped,and flexible modification or combined prescriptions are used to achieve the same treatment of different dis-eases and different treatment of the same disease.
