康复配合针刺疗法治疗小儿脑瘫运动功能障碍的优势

The Advantages of Rehabilitation Therapy Combined with Acupuncture in the Treatment of Motor Dysfunction in Children with Cerebral Palsy

目的探讨康复配合针刺治疗在小儿脑瘫运动功能障碍中的应用优势。方法回顾性分析兴国县人民医院2020年2月—2022年2月收治的66例脑瘫运动功能障碍患儿,将32例采用康复治疗的患儿纳入对照组,34例应用康复配合针刺治疗的患儿归为研究组。治疗3个月后,评估两组临床疗效,并比较其中医证候积分及粗大运动功能评定量表(GMFM)、精细运动功能评定量表(FMFM)、儿童功能独立性评定量表(WeeFIM)评分。结果研究组治疗总有效率为97.06%(33/34),高于对照组的78.13%(25/32)(P<0.05);研究组发育缓慢、肢体僵硬、反应迟钝评分较对照组低(P<0.05);研究组GMFM、WeeFIM、FMFM评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论为脑瘫运动功能障碍患儿提供康复及针刺治疗可获得理想临床效果,对各项症状的改善有重要意义,并可优化运动功能,应用优势明显。

Objective To explore the application advantages of rehabilitation therapy combined with acupuncture in the treatment of motor dysfunction in children with cerebral palsy.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 66 children with cerebral palsy motor dysfunction admitted to Xingguo County People’s Hospital from February 2020 to February 2022.32 children receiving reha-bilitation therapy were included in the control group,and 34 children receiving rehabilitation therapy combined with acupuncture therapy were included in the study group.After 3 months of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated,and the TCM syndrome scores,Gross Motor Function Scale(GMFM),Fine Motor Function Scale(FMFM)and Functional Independence Scale(WeeFIM)scores were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 97.06%(33/34),which was higher than that of the control group(78.13%,25/32)(P<0.05).The development of the study group was slow,the limbs were stiff,and the reaction retarda-tion score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The GMFM,WeeFIM and FMFM scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The rehabilitation therapy combined with acupuncture in the treatment of motor dysfunction in children with cerebral palsy can obtain ideal clinical efficacy,which is of great significance for the improvement of vari-ous symptoms,and can realize the optimization of motor function,with obvious application advantages.
