补肾活血汤治疗老年股骨转子间骨折临床观察

Bushen Huoxue Decoction in the Treatment of Intertrochanteric Fractures of the Femur

目的探究补肾活血汤对老年股骨转子间骨折患者骨折愈合、骨密度及髋关节功能的影响。方法选取2021年6月—2023年2月单县中医医院收治的老年股骨转子间骨折患者84例,按随机数字表法分为两组,各42例。对照组常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合补肾活血汤加减治疗。比较两组骨折愈合情况、疼痛程度、骨密度、骨代谢指标、髋关节功能及不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组骨折愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分低于对照组,第2至第4腰椎、髋部骨密度均高于对照组,骨钙素(BGP)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、骨形态发生蛋白-2(BMP-2)水平均高于对照组,髋关节功能评分表(Harris)中各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均未发生明显不良反应。结论补肾活血汤加减可减轻老年股骨转子间骨折患者疼痛、提高骨密度、改善骨代谢及髋关节功能、加快骨折愈合,且安全性高。

Objective To explore the effect of Bushen Huoxue decoction on fracture healing,bone density,and hip joint function in el-derly patients with intertrochanteric fractures of the femur.Methods A total of 84 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures of the femur admitted to Shan County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to February 2023 were selected and ran-domly divided into two groups,with 42 patients in each group.The control group received routine treatment,while the observation group received combined treatment with Bushen Huoxue decoction.The fracture healing status,pain level,bone density,bone metabo-lism indicators,hip joint function,and adverse reactions between the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the fracture healing time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the BMD of the 2nd to 4th lumbar spine and hip were higher than those of the control group,the levels of osteocalcin(BGP),alkaline phosphatase(ALP)and bone morphogenetic protein-2(BMP-2)were higher than those of the control group,and the scores of all dimensions of the hip func-tion rating scale(Harris)were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistical significance(P<0.05).No ob-vious adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion Bushen Huoxue decoction can alleviate pain,increase bone density,im-prove bone metabolism and hip joint function in elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures,and is beneficial for accelerating frac-ture healing with high safety.
