中医康复护理干预脑梗死偏瘫临床观察

Traditional Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation Nursing in the Intervention of Cerebral Infarction Hemiplegia

目的分析中医康复护理干预脑梗死偏瘫患者的临床效果。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月南华大学附属第二医院神经内科患者120例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各60例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上联合中医康复护理。对两组各个项目的数据进行评估。结果干预后,观察组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分是(6.93±2.58)分,低于对照组的(8.28±2.33)分(P<0.05);观察组Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表(FMAS)评分是(90.40±7.84)分,高于对照组的(79.59±6.16)分(P<0.05);观察组健康状况调查表(SF-36)各项评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总满意度96.67%(58/60)明显高于对照组的83.33%(50/60)(P<0.05)。结论中医康复护理可以显著提高脑梗死偏瘫患者的神经功能和肢体功能,改善其生活质量,帮助患者尽快恢复,且患者的满意度较高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of TCM rehabilitation nursing intervention on in patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia.Methods A total of 120 patients in The Second Affiliated Hospital of the University of South China from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.The con-trol group was given routine nursing.The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing on the basis of control group.Two sets of data for each item were evaluated.Results After intervention,the score of the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)in the observation group was(6.93±2.58),which was lower than that in the control group(8.28±2.33)(P<0.05).The score of Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Scale(FMAS)in observation group was(90.40±7.84),which was higher than that in control group(79.59±6.16)(P<0.05).The scores of SF-36 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was 96.67%(58/60),which was higher than that of the control group(83.33%,50/60)(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing can significantly improve the nerve function and limb function of patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia,improve their quality of life,help patients recover as soon as possible,and the satisfaction of patients is high,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
