中药熏蒸作为一种古老的防病治病方法,对治疗周围性面瘫有独特的作用,随着工业科技发展,其器械与技术改进显著。中药熏蒸法治疗周围性面瘫在临床上颇有成效,此文总结牵正散等经方用于中药熏蒸治疗周围性面瘫的临床效果,证实中药熏蒸法在治疗周围性面瘫方面具有不可替代的辅助甚至重要作用,以期为周围性面瘫的临床治疗提供更多指导。

Chinese medicine fumigation therapy is an ancient treatment method for treating and preventing diseases.With the develop-ment of industrial technology,its instruments and techniques have improved significantly and are unique in the treatment of peripheral facial palsy.In this paper,we summarize the clinical efficacy of the use of the Chinese medicine fumigation method in the treatment of peripheral facial palsy through a sutra formula with significant efficacy,such as Qianzheng powder,which shows that the Chinese medicine fumigation method has an irreplaceable auxiliary and even plays an important therapeutic role in the treatment of peripheral facial palsy.We sincerely hope that this study can provide some suggestions and even guidance for the clinical treatment of peripheral facial palsy.
