保妇康栓联合伊曲康唑治疗霉菌性阴道炎的效果及对患者临床症状改善和复发率的影响

Effect of Baofukang Suppository combined with itraconazole in the treatment of mycotic vaginitis and its effect on clinical symptom improvement and recurrence rate

目的探究保妇康栓联合伊曲康唑治疗霉菌性阴道炎的效果及对患者临床症状改善、复发率的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2022年2月抚州市立医院接收治疗的80例霉菌性阴道炎患者作为研究对象,按照就诊时间分为研究组与对照组,每组40例。对照组采用伊曲康唑治疗,研究组采用保妇康栓联合伊曲康唑治疗。比较两组临床症状消失时间、临床疗效、复发率、不良反应发生情况及生命质量。结果研究组外阴瘙痒消失时间、白带异常改善时间、黏膜充血消失时间、阴道疼痛消失时间、排尿痛消失时间、腰腹疼痛消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1周、1个月后,研究组治疗总有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访3个月内,研究组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。治疗后,研究组躯体功能、心理功能、物质功能、社会功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论保妇康栓联合伊曲康唑治疗霉菌性阴道炎的临床疗效优于伊曲康唑单药治疗,可加速临床症状改善,降低霉菌性阴道炎复发率,有利于提高患者生命质量,具有一定的安全性,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To explore the effect of Bafukang Suppository combined with itraconazole in the treatment of mycotic vaginitis and its effect on the clinical symptom improvement and recurrence rate.Methods A total of 80 patients with mycotic vaginitis who received treatment in Fuzhou Municipal Hospital from January 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the study group and the control group according to the admission time,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with itraconazole,and the study group was treated with Bafukang Suppository combined with itraconazole.The time of disappearance of clinical symptoms,clinical efficacy,recurrence rate,occurrence of adverse reactions and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of vulval pruritus,abnormal improvement time of leucorrhea,mucosal congestion,vaginal pain,urination pain and lumbar and abdominal pain in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 week and 1 month of treatment,the total effective rate in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Within 3 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.After treatment,the scores of physical function,psychological function,material function and social function in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Bafukang Suppository combined with itraconazole in the treatment of mycotic vaginitis is better than that of itraconazole monotherapy,which can effectively accelerate the improvement of clinical symptoms,reduce the recurrence rate of mycotic vaginitis,and improve the quality of life of patients,and has certain safety and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
