“岗课赛证”融通背景下高等职业教育药学专业教材建设路径

随着社会经济的发展和人民群众对健康需求的不断增长,药学行业对专业技术人才的要求也在不断提高。“岗课赛证”融通综合育人模式的提出为高等职业教育药学专业教学改革指明了方向,同时也对相应教材的建设提出了更高的要求。本文聚焦于高等职业教育药学专业“岗课赛证”融通教材建设,分析相关政策提出的背景,剖析“岗课赛证”融通综合育人的内涵,探索与之相适应的教材建设路径,包括确定教材编写思路,组建多元化编写队伍,分析岗位任务及岗位职业能力,重构课程内容,融入职业技能竞赛及证书考核要求,确定编写体例,对思政元素的融入进行系统设计,同步开发配套资源等,旨在为提升药学专业教材质量提供参考和借鉴,为培育高素质技术技能型药学人才提供助力。

With the development of social economy and people's growing demand for health,the requirements of pharmaceutical industry for professional and technical personnel are also increasing.The proposal of the integrated education mode of"post-course-competition-certificate"has pointed out the direction for the teaching reform of pharmacy specialty in higher vocational colleges,and also put forward higher requirements for the construction of corresponding teaching materials.This paper focuses on the construction of"post-course-competition-certificate"integrated teaching materials for pharmacy majors in higher vocational colleges,analyzes the background of relevant policies,analyzes the connotation of"postcourse-competition-certificate"integrated education,and explores the corresponding teaching materials construction path,including determining the compilation ideas of teaching materials,forming a diversified compilation team,analyzing post tasks and post professional abilities,reconstructing course content,integrating vocational skills competition and certificate assessment requirements,determining the compilation style,systematically designing the integration of ideological and political elements,and synchronously developing supporting resources,aiming to provide reference for improving the quality of pharmaceutical professional teaching materials,and to provide assistance for the cultivation of high-quality technical and skilled pharmaceutical talents.
