某大底盘双塔结构设计关键技术问题探讨

摘要 大底盘多塔楼结构为竖向不规则结构,在强震作用下破坏较为严重。以某实际不设缝的大底盘双塔高层住宅结构为研究对象,采用PKPM软件对结构进行计算,着重分析结构整体性和抗震性能,并提出对结构薄弱部位采取相应的抗震构造加强措施。结果表明:塔楼与裙房之间不设置变形缝,结构方案可行;结构抗震性能达到规范要求;结构薄弱处突变区域上下两层的楼板和工程竖向构件采取加强措施。研究结果可供类似工程设计参考。 The multiple-tower structure with large base is a vertical irregular structure,which might be damaged seriously under strong earthquake.Taking a high-rise residential structure with large chassis and double towers without seam as the research object,PKPM software is used,and the structural integrity and seismic performance are emphatically analyzed,the corresponding strengthening measures of aseismic structure for the weak parts of the structure are put forward.The results show that the structural scheme is feasible without deformation joint between the tower and the annex,and strengthening measures must be taken for the weak structure in the sudden change area of upper and lower floors and vertical members.The results can be used as reference for similar engineering design.
