基于温度分布控制的地铁车站侧墙分仓施工技术优化

摘要 以福建省某地铁车站项目超长侧墙混凝土施工为背景,在实际监测数据的基础上,对侧墙分仓施工过程使用有限元软件Midas civil建模和分析,通过对参数及边界条件修正,得到侧墙相应的温度场和应力场,分析粉煤灰混凝土的约束强度、入水温度和入水流量情况对侧墙应力变化的影响,发现采用粉煤灰混凝土比普通混凝土体内温度平均低12℃左右。在此基础上,提出了侧墙小节段施工方法的优化措施,可以对国内类似超长混凝土结构的施工质量控制提供建议和参考。 Taking the concrete construction of the super-long side wall of a subway station project in FUjian as an example,based on the actual monitoring data,the finite element software Midas civil was used to model and analyze the construction process of the side wall.The boundary conditions were modified to obtain the corresponding temperature field and stress field of the side wall.The influence of the fly ash concrete and the restraint strength on the side wall stress change,the water inlet temperature and the water flow rate were also analyzed,it was found that using fly ash concrete resulted in an average lower internal temperature of about 12℃compared to ordinary concrete.On this basis,optimization measures for the construction method of side wall sections were proposed,which can provide suggestions and references for the construction quality control of similar ultra long concrete structures in our country.
