FHUDs-10/FC-16B催化剂级配体系在柴油精制装置的应用

摘要 为解决上周期柴油硫含量卡边、轻烃量较大等问题,延安石油化工厂240万t·a^(-1)柴油加氢精制装置新周期采用中石化(大连)石油化工研究院有限公司(FRIPP)开发的FHI加氢改质降凝技术及配套FHUDs-10加氢精制催化剂和FC-16B加氢改质降凝催化剂。不同工况下的应用情况表明,新周期催化剂级配体系的加氢活性和降凝活性良好,装置整体液收及柴油收率较高,对原料的适应性较强,通过调整反应温度,可以实现不同原料和加工负荷生产各项指标均满足国VI质量标准的0号柴油产品。此外,与原料油相比,柴油产品的凝点下降,十六烷指数提高3个单位,表明FC-16B催化剂具有较好的烷烃异构性能和芳烃饱和开环能力,适用于柴油加氢装置生产优质柴油产品。 In order to solve the problems of high sulfur content of diesel and high yield of LTG in the previous cycle,the 2.4 Mt·a^(-1)diesel hydrorefining unit of Yan'an Petrochemical Plant adopts the FHI technology developed by FRIPP,along with supporting FHUDs-10 hydrorefining catalyst and FC-16B hydroupgrading catalyst.The application under different operating conditions shows that the catalyst grading system in the new cycle has excellent hydrogenation activity and hydrodewaxing activity,and strong adaptability to raw materials,since the liquid yield and diesel yield are relatively ideal.By adjusting the reaction temperature,this system can produce No.0 diesel products with all indicators meeting the national VI quality standard from different feedstocks and processing loads.In addition,compared with the feedstocks,the solidification point of diesel products decreases and the cetane index increases by 3 units,indicating that the FC-16B catalyst has good alkane isomerization performance and aromatic saturation ring opening ability,which is suitable for producing high-quality diesel products in diesel hydrogenation units.
