摘要
目的分析瑞马唑仑对2型糖尿病患者麻醉诱导期血糖水平和心率变异性的影响。方法选取厦门大学附属中山医院于2023年1—12月收治的100例行气管插管全麻2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组(50例)与研究组(50例)。对照组给予丙泊酚诱导麻醉,研究组给予瑞马唑仑诱导麻醉,比较两组麻醉诱导期不同时间点的空腹血糖水平、胰岛素水平、心率变异性指标。结果麻醉诱导后、气管插管时,两组空腹血糖水平高于麻醉诱导前,胰岛素水平低于麻醉诱导前,且研究组空腹血糖水平低于对照组,胰岛素水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。麻醉诱导后,两组高频功率、低频功率、低频功率/高频功率低于麻醉诱导前,且研究组低频功率、低频功率/高频功率、高频功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论瑞马唑仑可降低患者麻醉诱导期间血糖水平,减少手术应激对血糖水平、心率变异性的影响,麻醉效果理想。
Objective To analyze the effects of remazolam on blood glucose level and heart rate variability in type 2 diabetes patients during anesthesia induction.Methods A total of 100 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus undergo-ing endotracheal intubation under general anesthesia admitted to Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen University from January to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into the control group(50 cases)and the study group(50 cases)by random number table method.The control group was given propofol induced anesthesia,and the study group was given remazolam induced anesthesia.The fasting blood glucose level,insulin level and heart rate variability indexes of the two groups were compared at different time points during anesthesia in-duction period.Results After anesthesia induction and during tracheal intubation,the fasting blood glucose level and insulin level in the two groups were higher than before anesthesia induction,and the fasting blood glucose level in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the insulin level was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After anesthesia induction,the high frequency power,low frequency power and low frequency power/high frequency power of the two groups were lower than before anesthe-sia induction,and the low frequency power,low frequency power/high frequency power and high frequency power of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Remazolam can reduce the blood glucose level during anesthesia induction,reduce the influence of surgical stress on blood glucose level and heart rate variability,and the anesthetic effect is ideal.
