二甲双胍联合司美格鲁肽对2型糖尿病患者代谢指标的影响

Effect of Metformin with Simegallutide on Metabolic Indicators in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的研究2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)患者应用二甲双胍与司美格鲁肽联合治疗对代谢指标的影响。方法选取2022年4月—2023年5月淄博市市立医院慢性病科收治的82例T2DM患者为研究对象,按照信封法分为两组,各41例。常规组口服二甲双胍治疗,研究组口服二甲双胍加注射司美格鲁肽治疗,对比两组患者糖代谢、脂代谢、胰岛功能及临床疗效。结果治疗12周后,研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗12周后,两组胰岛功能比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组临床疗效(92.68%)高于常规组(75.61%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.479,P<0.05)。结论T2DM患者在口服二甲双胍基础上皮下注射司美格鲁肽,可改善患者糖脂代谢指标及胰岛功能,临床疗效更加显著。

Objective To investigate the effects of combination therapy with metformin and semiglutide on metabolic parameters in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of 82 T2DM patients who were addmitted in the Department of Chronic Diseases of Zibo Municipal Hospital from April 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the envelope method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 41 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with oral metformin,and the study group was treated with oral metformin plus injection of semaglutide.The glucose metabolism,lipid metabolism,islet function and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results After 12 weeks of treatment,the levels of fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c,triglyceride,total cholesterol,and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in the study group were lower than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,there was no significant difference in islet function between the two groups(P>0.05).The clinical efficacy of the study group(92.68%)was higher than that of the conventional group(75.61%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.479,P<0.05).Conclusion In T2DM patients,subepithelial injection of semaglutide with oral metformin can improve glucose and lipid metabolism indexes and islet function,and the clinical effect is more significant.
