生脉散汤剂治疗2型糖尿病气阴两虚证合并冠心病心绞痛患者的效果及安全性分析

Analysis of the Effect and Safety of Shengmai san Decoction in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Patients with Qi And Yin Deficiency Syndrome Compared with Coronary Heart Disease Angina Pectoris

目的分析2型糖尿病气阴两虚证合并冠心病心绞痛患者治疗中应用生脉散汤剂治疗的有效性与安全性。方法选取2023年1—12月东平县中医院内二科收治的60例2型糖尿病气阴两虚证合并冠心病心绞痛患者为研究对象,参照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组实施常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合生脉散汤剂治疗,比较两组治疗的有效性与安全性。结果治疗后,观察组代谢指标改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组同型半胱氨酸、C反应蛋白、N端脑钠肽前体水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组心绞痛症状发生频率及单次发生时长均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组药物不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论2型糖尿气阴两虚证合并冠心病心绞痛患者治疗中应用生脉散汤剂治疗有助于改善循环,下调患者的糖、脂代谢指标水平,降低心肌与血管炎症反应,减少心衰发生风险,且药物安全性较高,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of Shengmai san Decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabe-tes mellitus with Qi and Yin deficiency combined with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods Sixty pa-tients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome combined with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris admitted to the second Department of Internal Medicine of Dongping county Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into con-trol group and observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Control group routine western medicine treatment,the observation group combined with Shengmai san decocition based on the control group treatment,the effectiveness of the treatment and security were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the improvement of metabolic indexes in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of homocysteine,C-reactive protein and N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Frequency of the observation group angina symptoms and single length are better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of Shengmai san Decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with Qi and Yin deficiency combined with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris can help to improve circulation,reduce glucose and lipid metabolism,reduce myocardial and vascular inflammation reaction,reduce the risk of heart failure,and has high drug safety,which has clinical application value.
