乌梅丸合八珍汤对肥胖型2型糖尿病气阴两虚夹痰瘀证的治疗效果

Therapeutic Effect of Wumei Pill Combined with Bazhen Decoction on Obese Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus With Qi and Yin Deficiency with Phlegm and Blood Stasis Syndrome

目的探讨临床诊治气阴两虚夹痰瘀证肥胖2型糖尿病患者时予以乌梅丸合八珍汤的价值。方法选取2022年6月—2023年6月福建省厦门市同安区中医医院收治的100例气阴两虚夹痰瘀证肥胖2型糖尿病患者为研究对象。采用随机数表法分成两组,各50例。对照组行二甲双胍常规治疗,观察组结合乌梅丸合八珍汤治疗。对比两组临床疗效、血糖水平、体重指数(body mass index,BMI)、不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率(96.00%)高于对照组(82.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.005,P=0.025)。治疗前两组血糖水平和BMI值相比,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。治疗后,观察组上述指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论通过采取乌梅丸合八珍汤治疗方法,可以在气阴两虚夹痰瘀证肥胖2型糖尿病患者中产生显著的预后效果,在降低血糖和BMI值方面具有明显优势,药物不良反应少。

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of Wumei Pill and Bazhen Decoction on obese type 2 diabetes patients with deficiency of qi and yin with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome.Methods A total of 100 obese type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with deficiency of qi and yin with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome treated by Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Tong'an District in Xiamen,Fujian Province from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to a random number table method,they were divided into two groups with 50 cases each.The control group was treated with conventional metformin,while the observation group was treated with a combination of Wumei Piu and Bazhen Tang.The clinical efficacy,blood glucose levels,body mass index(BMI),the proportion of adverse reactions in the two groups was compared.Results The observation group had an overall effectiveness rate of 96.00%,which was higher than the control group's 82.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.005,P=0.025).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in blood glucose level BMI between the two groups(both P>0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the above indexes were lower in the observation group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of Wumei Pill and Bazhen Decoction in the treatment of obese type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with deficency qi and yin deficiency with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome has a significant effect.It has obvious advantages in reducing blood glucose and BMI values,with fewer adverse drug reactions.
