多元化健康教育在糖尿病患者健康体检中的应用研究

Research on the Application of Diversified Health Education in Physical Examination of Diabetes Mellitus Patients

目的探讨多元化健康教育在糖尿病(diabetes mellitus,DM)患者健康体检中的应用效果。方法选择2022年8月—2023年8月单县海吉亚医院收治的100例DM体检患者作为研究对象,以双色球法分为对照组(常规教育)与观察组(多元化健康教育),每组50例。比较两组健康教育前、健康教育1个月时自我管理能力,以及体检者对健康教育满意度与依从性。结果健康教育前,两组患者自我管理能力(饮食控制、运动锻炼、科学用药、血糖监测)各项评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。健康教育1个月时,观察组自我管理能力各项评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组体检者对健康教育的依从性及满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论针对DM患者健康体检开展多元化健康教育,可提高其依从性,更好的提升自我管理水平,提高健康教育满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of diversified health education in diabetes mellitus(DM)patients undergoing physical examination.Methods A total of 100 DM physical examination patients admitted to Shanxian Haijiya Hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into control group(conventional education)and observation group(diversified health education)by bicorph method,with 50 cases in each group.The self-management ability before and after 1 month of health education,as well as the satisfaction and compliance of the examiners with health education of the two groups were compared.Results Before health education,there were no statistical significances in the scores of self-management ability(diet control,exercise,scientific medication,blood glucose monitoring)between the two groups(all P>0.05).After 1 month of health education,the scores of self-management ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The compliance and satisfaction of health education in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Conducting diversified health education for DM patients through physical examinations can improve their compliance,enhance their self-management level,and enhance their satisfaction with health education.
