基于微信平台的延续护理在乳腺癌化疗PICC留置患者中的应用研究

Application of Continuation Nursing Based on Wechat Platform in Patients with PICC Indwelling in Breast Cancer Chemotherapy

目的探讨基于微信平台的延续护理在乳腺癌化疗经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter,PICC)留置患者中的应用效果。方法简单随机选取2022年6月—2023年6月长治医学院附属和济医院应用PICC开展化疗的60例乳腺癌患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分成两组,各30例。对照组落实常规护理方案,研究组落实基于微信平台的延续护理方案。对比两组自我管理能力评分、舒适度评分、心理评分、睡眠质量评分、生活质量评分和并发症发生情况。结果护理后,研究组自我管理、舒适度和生活质量评分高于对照组,而焦虑、抑郁及睡眠质量评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组并发症总发生率为3.33%,比对照组的26.67%更低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.706,P<0.05)。结论在乳腺癌患者PICC置管化疗期间,落实基于微信平台的延续护理方案可增强患者自我管理能力,减少并发症发生,有利于提高舒适度,改善心理、睡眠及生活质量。

Objective To explore the application effect of Wechat platform based continuous nursing in patients undergoing peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)for breast cancer undergoing chemotherapy.Methods A total of 60 breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy with PICC in Heji Hospital Affiliated to Changzhi Medical College from June 2022 to June 2023 were simple randomly selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group implemented the routine nursing plan,and the study group implemented the continuous nursing plan based on the Wechat platform.Self-management ability score,comfort score,psychological score,sleep quality score,quality of life score and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of self-management,comfort and quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the control group,while the scores of anxiety,depression and sleep quality were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was 3.33%,which was lower than 26.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.706,P<0.05).Conclusion During the PICC catheterization chemotherapy for breast cancer patients,the implementation of the continuous nursing based on the Wechat platform can enhance patients'self-management ability,reduce complications,improve comfort,and improve psychological,sleep and life quality.
