柳州站悬臂结构施工分析及监测

摘要 以柳州火车站的高架层悬臂结构为工程背景,通过有限元法分析了施工阶段临时支撑回顶与否,临时支撑和临时支架拆除与否等不同工况的内力、变形、裂缝等结果,确定了悬臂板上部设置临时支架,下部设置临时支撑进行回顶,后期拆除临时支撑和临时支架的施工方案。同时为了保证施工的顺利进行,利用静力水准仪进行了挠度的监测,通过监测发现变形符合规范要求,保证了施工安全。 Considering Liuzhou Railway Station elevated floor’s cantilever structure,it has been analyzed by Finite element method that is the internal force,deformation,cracks under different working conditions whether the temporary support is returned to the top and the temporary supports are removed during the construction stage are analyzed.It is determined that is It is relatively reasonable method that temporary support should be installed on the upper part of the cantilever plate,and setting on the lower part for returning to the top,and removing temporary support and temporary support in the later stage.In order to ensure safe construction,a static level was used to monitor the deflection.Through monitoring,it was found that the deformation met the regulatory requirements,ensuring construction safety.
