不同尺寸的搅拌桨致热装置致热效果分析

摘要 根据搅拌致热原理及该搅拌致热装置的应用场合,设计了一种风力直接搅拌致热装置,对其桨叶尺寸进行改进。采用流体力学计算方法,对不同尺寸桨叶的致热器内部流场进行了数值模拟。模拟结果显示,设计的初始模型在搅拌转速为300r/min时,搅拌时间6h内升温5.54℃,说明设计的搅拌装置具有致热效果,但致热效率较低,为26.29%;改进后的最佳桨叶尺寸模型,在搅拌转速300r/min时搅拌时间6h内升温26.98℃,致热效率为34.24%,在较低转速240r/min时,搅拌时间6h内升温13.7℃,致热效率为33.96%,该模型能够在日常生活中为居民提供生活热水。 This article designed a type of wind power to directly stir the thermal device according to the principle of stirring thermal heating principle and the application of the stirring heat device to improve the size of the paddle leaves.Adopting the calculation of the streaming method to simulate the internal flow field of the designed heat,the designed heatfield.The simulation results show that at a higher speed,the improvement of the best paddle-size size model of the improved paddle leaves has increased to 4.5℃/h,and the heat efficiency is increased to 34.24%.The improved model can be a resident in daily life.Provide hot water.
