基于奥马哈的个性化护理在妇科恶性肿瘤术后化疗患者中的应用效果

Effect of personalized care based on Omaha in patients with postoperative chemotherapy for gynecological malignant tumors

目的分析基于奥马哈的个性化护理在妇科恶性肿瘤术后化疗患者中的应用效果。方法选取2022年2月至2023年12月九江市第三人民医院收治的78例妇科恶性肿瘤患者作为研究对象,按照抽签法分为对照组(n=39)与观察组(n=39)。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予基于奥马哈的个性化护理,比较两组患者的自我负担感、心理状态、生存质量。结果观察组干预后的中文版自我感受负担量表(SPBS)评分高于对照组,心理症状自评量表(SCL-90)评分低于对照组,总体健康评分及躯体、角色、认知、情绪、社会功能评分高于对照组,恶心呕吐、疼痛、疲劳评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于奥马哈的个性化护理在妇科恶性肿瘤术后化疗患者中的应用可减轻患者自我负担感,改善患者心理状态,提高患者生存质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of personalized care based on Omaha in patients with postoperative chemotherapy for gynecological malignant tumors.Methods A total of 78 patients with gynecological malignant tumors admitted to Jiujiang Third People's Hospital from February 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group(n=39)and observation group(n=39)according to the lottery method.The control group was given routine care,and the observation group was given personalized care based on Omaha.The self-burden,psychological state and quality of life of patients in the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the Chinese version of the self-perceived burden scale(SPBS)score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the score of the symptom checklist 90(SCL-90)score was lower than that of the control group,the score of the overall health score and the scores of the body,role,cognition,emotion and social function were higher than those of the control group,and the scores of nausea,vomiting,pain and fatigue were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of personalized care based on Omaha in postoperative chemotherapy for gynecological malignant tumors can reduce patients'sense of self-burden,improve patients'psychological state,and improve patients'quality of life.
