伤口门诊慢性伤口护理标准化流程的构建及应用

Construction and application of standardized process for chronic wound care in wound outpatient department

目的研究伤口门诊当中对存在慢性伤口的患者实施标准化流程的临床效果。方法选择2022年4月至2023年3月在南昌大学第二附属医院伤口门诊接受治疗的110例存在慢性伤口的患者作为研究对象,其中将2022年4月至2022年9月期间接受常规换药流程干预的患者分为对照组(57例),2022年10月至2023年3月期间接受标准化流程干预的患者分为观察组(53例)。比较两组患者护理前后的伤口Bates-Jensen评分、疼痛程度评分、创面愈合时间、不良反应发生率、创面完全愈合率、总满意度。结果护理后,观察组的伤口Bates-Jensen评分、疼痛程度评分低于本组护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组的伤口Bates-Jensen评分、疼痛程度评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组创面愈合短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组愈合率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论伤口门诊对患者实施标准化流程护理,可以对伤口的愈合产生积极促进作用,减轻疼痛,减少不良反应,使伤口完全愈合率及患者满意度得到同步提升。

Objective To study the clinical effect of implementing standardized process nursing for patients with chronic wounds in wound clinics.Methods A total of 110 patients with chronic wounds who received treatment in the Department of Wound Ostomy Clinic,the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from April 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects,of which patients who received conventional dressing change intervention from April 2022 to September 2022 were divided into the control group(57 cases),and patients who received standardized procedure intervention from October 2022 to March 2023 were divided into the observation group(53 cases).The Bates-Jensen score,pain score,wound healing time,incidence of adverse reactions,complete wound healing rate,and the total satisfaction of the two groups were compared with the two groups.Results The Bates-Jensen score and pain score of wounds in the observation group were lower than those before nursing,and the Bates-Jensen scores and pain scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The wound healing in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The healing rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was higher thant that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of standardized process nursing for patients in wound clinics can have a positive promoting effect on wound healing,reduce pain,reduce adverse reactions,and synchronously improve the rate of complete wound healing and patient satisfaction.
