尊严疗法联合抗癌日记在晚期乳腺癌化疗患者中的应用研究

Application of dignity therapy combined with anticancer diary in patients with advanced breast cancer undergoing chemotherapy

目的探讨对化疗治疗晚期乳腺癌患者采取尊严疗法联合抗癌日记干预模式的临床效果。方法选取2023年1月至8月南昌市第三医院行化疗的70例晚期乳腺癌患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(35例)和观察组(35例)。对照组在常规护理基础上采用抗癌日记干预,观察组患者在常规护理基础上给予尊严疗法联合抗癌日记的干预。比较两组患者的心理情绪、希望水平以及生活质量,评价尊严疗法联合抗癌日记的临床应用价值。结果观察组患者干预后的症状自评量表(SCL-90)评分低于对照组,且Herth希望量表(HHI)评分与乳腺癌生活质量测定量表(FACT-B)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尊严疗法联合抗癌日记在晚期乳腺癌化疗患者中有可靠应用价值,可改善患者的心理情绪、希望水平以及生活质量,适宜临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of dignity therapy combined with anti-cancer diary intervention mode in patients with advanced breast cancer treated by chemotherapy.Methods A total of 70 patients with advanced breast cancer who received chemotherapy in Nanchang Third Hospital from January to August 2023.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group(35 cases)and observation group(35 cases).The control group took the traditional nursing method with previous treatment,and the observation group was given the intervention measure of dignity therapy combined with anti-cancer diary on the basis of routine nursing.The psychological emotion,hope level and quality of life of the two groups were compared,and the clinical application value of dignity therapy combined with anti-cancer diary was evaluated.Results The score of symptom checklist-90(SCL-90)of observation group was lower than that of the control group,the score of Herth hope index(HHI)and the functional assessment of cancer therapy-breast(FACT-B)of observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dignity therapy combined with anticancer diary has reliable application value in patients with advanced breast cancer chemotherapy,which can improve patients'psychological emotion,hope level and quality of life,and is suitable for clinical application.
