摘要
藻菌共生系统(algal-bacterial symbiotic, ABS)是一种新型的高效去除废水中的有机物和无机营养物质的废水处理技术。通过宏基因组学技术进行生物信息学分析废水中微藻和细菌复杂的相互作用,从而解释废水中氮、磷、抗生素等影响物质的去除机制。这些机制虽被广泛研究,但系统性综合整理分析不足。该文以宏基因组学为切入点,总结了藻菌共生系统中利用宏基因组学研究污染物(氮、磷、抗生素等)去除机制的具体分析应用,为今后研究提供参考。
The algal-bacterial symbiotic system(ABS),a novel and efficient technology for removing organic and inorganic nutrients from wastewater,was explored.Through metagenomic technology,bioinformatic analysis of the complex interactions between algae and bacteria in wastewater was conducted to elucidate the mechanisms behind the removal of substances like nitrogen,phosphorus,and antibiotics.However,while these mechanisms were widely studied,a systematic and comprehensive synthesis and analysis were lacking.This review,with a focus on metagenomics,summarized the specific applications of using metagenomics to study the removal mechanisms of pollutants(such as nitrogen,phosphorus,and antibiotics)in algal-bacterial symbiotic systems,providing references for related research.
