摘要
导师是研究生培养的第一责任人,对于研究生的思想政治教育、学术指导、创新实践、人文关怀负有全面的职责。导生关系既有普通师生的知识授受关系,又有传统的师徒关系,还具有社会性合作关系。导生关系满意度可能对研究生心理健康具有重要影响。以S大学的1226名研究生作为样本进行实证研究,利用层次回归分析探究导生关系满意度对研究生心理健康的作用机制,并构建一个调节作用模型,进一步探究社会支持在导生关系满意度与研究生心理健康间的作用。结果表明:导生关系满意度能显著提升研究生心理健康水平,社会支持在导生关系满意度与研究生心理健康间具有调节作用,社会支持水平越高,调节作用越强。
Tutors are the first responsible persons for postgraduate training,and have comprehensive re-sponsibilities for ideological and political education,academic guidance,innovative practice,and human-istic care of graduate students.The tutor-student relationship includes the ordinary knowledge-teaching and receiving relationship of teachers and students,the traditional mentor-apprentice relationship,and the social cooperative relationship.The tutor-student relationship satisfaction degree may significantly impact graduate students'mental health.Taking 1226 graduate students in S University as a sample for empirical research,hierarchical regression analysis was used to explore the mechanism of the tutor-student relationship satisfaction degree on graduate students'mental health,and a moderating effect model was constructed to examine further the role of social support in the tutor-student relationship sat-isfaction degree and graduate students'mental health.The results showed that the tutor-student relation-ship satisfaction degree could significantly improve the mental health level of graduate students,and so-cial support had a moderating effect on the tutor-student relationship satisfaction degree and graduate students'mental health,and the higher the level of social support,the stronger the moderating effect.
