当归药食两用安全性研究概述

查阅相关文献,从毒性本草考证、食用历史考证、临床不良反应考证、毒性实验研究等方面对有关当归药用及食用的安全性研究进行概述。发现当归在传统药膳和食品添加剂方面的应用历史悠久,未见安全问题的报道;当归存在偶发的过敏反应、光敏反应和生殖系统不良反应;当归流浸膏、挥发油、多糖复合物存在一定的毒性反应,使用剂量和时间需要严格评估。当归作为药食两用物质,安全性较高,为其相关健康产品开发提供参考。

By reviewing relevant literature,this paper conducts overview of research on the safety of Angelica sinensis for medicinal use and consumption,including its toxic materia medica,consumption history,clinical adverse reactions,and toxicity experiments.It is found that Angelica sinensis has a long history of application in traditional medicinal diet and food additives,without safety problems reported.There were occasional allergic reaction,photosensitivity reaction and adverse reaction of reproductive system induced by Angelica sinensis.Its fluid extract,volatile oil and polysaccharide complex have certain toxic reactions,so the dosage and time of use need to be strictly evaluated.Angelica sinensis is a dual-use medicical and food substance with high safety.This study provides reference for the development of its related products.
