摘要 新质生产力的核心在于通过科技创新激发新的生产力。在当前快速发展的经济环境中,科技创新与科技金融的深度融合对于推动经济高质量发展至关重要。科技创新依赖于持续的资金投入,而科技金融为此提供了关键支持。2023年的中央经济工作会议和中央金融工作会议均强调了科技金融和科技创新在经济发展中的核心地位。论文分析了科技金融与科技创新融合的现状与挑战,指出存在资金匹配不足和创新资源配置效率低下等问题。基于此,论文提出了加强科技金融与科技创新融合的标准和重点,包括建立更有效的政策支持系统和改善创新链与资金链的对接机制。研究进一步构建了我国科技金融与科技创新深度融合的模式,并提出了提升融合度的具体路径,如创新科技金融产品和服务、优化科技项目评估机制、提升科技企业的信贷可获得性和风险管理能力等。这些措施将更好地满足科技创新活动的资金需求,促进科技成果的转化。论文的研究为理解科技金融与科技创新的融合机制提供了理论依据,也为相关政策的制定和实施提供了实践指导,对于推动我国经济高质量发展具有重要的现实意义。 The core of new quality productivity is to stimulate new productivity through scientific and technological innovation.In the current rapidly developing economic environment,the deep integration of scientific and technological innovation and technology finance is essential to promote high-quality economic development.Innovation in science and technology depends on continued capital investment,and technology finance provides key support for this.Both the Central Financial Work Conference and the Central Economic Work Conference emphasized the central position of scientific and technological finance and technological innovation in economic development.This paper analyzes the current situation and challenges of the integration of science and technology finance and science and technology innovation,and points out the problems such as insufficient matching of funds and low allocation efficiency of innovation resources.Based on this,the paper puts forward the standards and priorities of strengthening the integration of science and technology finance and science and technology innovation,including establishing a more effective policy support system and improving the docking mechanism of innovation chain and capital chain.The study further constructs the mode of deep integration of science and technology finance and science and technology innovation in China,and puts forward specific paths to improve the integration,such as innovating science and technology financial products and services,optimizing the evaluation mechanism of science and technology projects,and improving the credit availability and risk management ability of science and technology enterprises.These measures will better meet the funding needs of scientific and technological innovation activities and promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.The research of this paper provides a theoretical basis for understanding the integration mechanism of science and technology finance and science and technology innovation,and also provides practical guidance for the formulation and implementation of relevant policies,which is of great practical significance for promoting the high-quality development of our country's economy.
