摘要
岩塞爆破是深水条件下开展取水口建设的适宜技术,但也是一个复杂的系统工程,是决定工程成败的关键环节。针对岩塞爆破技术实施的系统性和复杂性,在介绍岩塞爆破技术国内外工程应用情况的背景下,结合兰州水源地建设工程取水口岩塞爆破的工程实例,对岩塞爆破实施过程中的水下地形复核、岩塞体固结灌浆、生产性爆破试验、钻孔质量控制等关键程序进行归纳。通过对相应关键程序采取可行的控制措施,岩塞爆破顺利实施,各项指标均达到设计要求,为后续类似工程提供借鉴。
The utilization of rock plug blasting is a suitable technology approach for water intake construction in deep water conditions.However,it also represents a complex system engineering and serves as a key factor in determining the success or failure of the project.In view of the systematic and complex implementation of rock plug blasting technology,this paper introduces the background of domestic and international engineering applications,focusing on the case study of rock plug blasting at the water intake of Lanzhou water source construction project.It summarizes key procedures,such as underwater terrain review,consolidation grouting for rock plug reinforcement,productive blasting tests,and drilling quality control for rock plug blasting.By implementing effective control measures on the key procedures,the rock plug blasting was successfully executed,meeting all design requirements and providing valuable reference for similar projects in the future.
