音乐治疗干预孤独症谱系障碍:机制、现状与策略

Music Therapy Interventions for Autism Spectrum Disorders:Mechanisms,Current Status and Strategies

音乐治疗作为一种新兴的干预技术,针对孤独症儿童听觉敏感、音乐感知能力强等生理特征,为孤独症谱系障碍提供了新的干预手段。传统观点较多关注音乐治疗的生理和心理作用机制,本文扩展建构了“生理—心理—社会”干预机制,讨论了音乐治疗干预孤独症谱系障碍的适用性和契合性。研究表明,音乐治疗能够有效引导孤独症儿童转换行为状态,发展自我认知,提高语言能力,改善人际互动,提升心理和生理健康水平。与此同时,音乐治疗在干预过程中需要获得更为充分的数据支持,有效控制影响变量,加强跨学科专业人才培养,健全行业准入规范,从而提升干预孤独症谱系障碍的实际效果。

Music therapy,as an emerging intervention technique,provides new means of intervention for autism spectrum disorders by addressing the physiological characteristics of children with autism,such as auditory sensitivity and strong music perception.While traditional views focus on the physiological and psychological mechanisms of music therapy,this paper expands the"physiological-psychosocial"intervention mechanism and discusses the applicability and suitability of music therapy for autism spectrum disorders.Music therapy can effectively guide children with autism to change their behavioral state,develop self-awareness,enhance language ability,improve interpersonal interactions,and enhance their psychological and physical health.At the same time,more sufficient data support is needed to effectively control the influence variables,and improve the industry's access norms,so as to enhance the actual effect of intervention in autism spectrum disorders.
