大埋深复杂地层土压平衡盾构机盾尾脱困技术研究

摘要 盾构机盾尾包裹是施工中经常遇到的问题,往往会造成设备损坏、工期拖延、成本消耗。研究盾构机盾尾包裹成因,掌握脱困技术,以及制定切实可行的预防措施,在盾构施工中尤为重要。结合某城际轨道交通项目施工中盾尾包裹脱困实践,分析了盾尾包裹产生的原因,通过采取地层加固、增加盾体润滑、盾体和管片保护、增加辅助千斤顶等系列技术措施,实现了盾构机的安全脱困,为类似工程提供经验和参考。 Shield tail wrapping of shield tunneling machines is a common problem encountered during construction,which often leads to equipment damage,project delays,and cost consumption.Studying the causes of shield tail wrapping in shield tunneling machines,mastering the techniques for overcoming difficulties,and formulating practical and feasible preventive measures are particularly important in shield tunneling construction.Based on the practical experience of shield tail wrapping during the construction of a certain intercity rail transit project,this paper analyzes the causes of shield tail wrapping.By adopting a series of technical measures such as ground reinforcement,increasing shield lubrication,shield and pipe protection,and adding auxiliary jacks,the safety of shield tunneling machines has been achieved,providing experience and reference for similar projects.
