RBL联合CBL教学模式在临床检验基础教学中的应用探索

摘要 目的探讨RBL(研究性学习)联合CBL(案例学习)教学模式在医学检验技术专业临床检验基础课程教学中的应用效果。方法对照组采用常规教学法,理论教学以讲授法为主,穿插讲解相关临检案例,实训课学生完成传统验证性实验。实验组采用RBL联合CBL教学模式,实训课学生结合案例完成综合性实验。通过调查问卷对授课效果进行测评,按照考核指标对学生学习效果进行评价。结果调查显示,实验组理论知识考核、综合技能操作和案例分析考核成绩均显著高于对照组(P<0.01);实验组在学习兴趣、理解能力、实践操作能力、知识吸收、文献检索能力、沟通能力、临床思维能力、自学能力和团队合作能力方面的得分均显著高于对照组(P<0.01),并且实验组学生课程作业占用的课余时间也明显多于对照组(P<0.01)。结论RBL联合CBL教学模式培养了学生的创造性思维与解决实际问题能力,提高了教师的专业能力与教学管理能力。 Objective To explore the application effect of RBL(research-based learning)combined with CBL(case-based learn-ing)teaching model in fundamentals teaching of clinical laboratory.Methods The control group received conventional teaching methods,with theoretical teaching mainly based on lecture methods,interspersed with explanations of relevant clinical inspection cases,and students in practical training completed traditional validation experiments.The experimental group received the RBL com-bined with CBLteaching model,and students in practical training courses complete comprehensive experiments based on case stud-ies.Evaluate the teaching effectiveness through a survey questionnaire,and evaluate the learning effectiveness of students according to the assessment indicators.Results The survey showed that the experimental group's scores in theoretical knowledge assessment,comprehensive skill operation,and case analysis assessment were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.01).The exp-erimental group scored significantly higher than the control group in terms of learning interest,learning ability,practical operation a-bility,knowledge absorption,literature retrieval ability,communication ability,clinical thinking ability,self-taught ability,and team cooperation ability(P<0.01),and the experimental group students occupied significantly more spare time for course assignments than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The RBL combined with CBL teaching model has cultivated students'innovative thinking and problem-solving ability,improved teachers'professional ability and teaching management ability as well.
