摘要
目的系统评价急重症护理单元护理管理者的管理体验,为提高护理管理者管理效能提供参考。方法检索PubMed、WebofScience等数据库查找关于急重症护理单元护理管理者管理体验与策略的质性研究,并利用质性研究评价标准对文献进行质量评价。结果共纳入10篇文献,提炼出18个结果,归纳为6个类别,形成3个整合结果,分别为护理管理者感到角色过渡困难,需努力进行自我调适;护理管理者面临科室管理困境,需积极采取应对策略;护理管理者对护士专业能力的要求与对综合素质的期望。结论医院管理部门应增强护理管理者的积极体验感,从而使护理系统实现高效运转,进一步提高护理管理效率。
Objective To systematically evaluate nursing managers′management experience in emergency and critical care units,and provide reference for improving nursing managers′management efficiency.Methods Retrieve databases such as PubMed and Web of Science to search for qualitative studies on nursing managers′management experience and strategies in emergency and critical care units,and use qualitative research evaluation criteria to evaluate the quality of the literature.Results A total of 10 articles were included,and 18 results were extracted and categorized into 6 categories,forming 3 integrated results.The results showed that nursing managers found it difficult to transition their roles and needed to make efforts to self-adjust.Nursing managers face challenges of departmental management and need to actively adopt coping strategies.The requirements of nursing managers for the professional competence of nurses and their expectations for comprehensive quality.Conclusion Hospital management departments should enhance the positive experience of nursing managers,so as to achieve efficient operation of the nursing system and further improve nursing management efficiency.
