三级公立医院失能患者住院费用及影响因素分析

Analysis on Disabled Patients′Hospitalization Expenses and Influencing Factors in Grade-A Public Hospitals

目的分析失能患者住院费用及其影响因素,为减轻失能患者经济负担及更好地满足其护理需求提供参考。方法分析某综合性三级公立医院511名达到失能等级三级及以上患者的住院数据,采用非参数检验和多元线性回归分析方法分析失能患者住院费用及其影响因素。结果不同失能等级患者的护理费、床位费、住院总费用比较差异有统计学意义,失能等级越高,住院费用越高。住院天数、护理费、护理时长、医疗费用支付类型是失能患者住院费用的影响因素。结论应根据失能患者的差异及特点,制订个性化的住院护理计划和管理策略,有效控制失能患者的住院费用,减轻失能患者及其家庭的经济负担。

Objective To analyze disabled patients′hospitalization expenses and influencing factors,and provide reference for alleviating their economic burden and better meeting their nursing needs.Methods The hospitalization data of 511 patients with levelⅢor worse than disability in a general Grade-A public hospital were analyzed.Non-parametric test and multiple linear regression analysis were used to analyze disabled patients′hospitalization expenses and influencing factors.Results There were significant differences in nursing fees,bed fees,and total hospitalization expenses among patients with different levels of disability.The higher the level of disability,the higher the hospitalization expenses.The length of hospitalization,nursing fees,nursing time,and payment type of medical expenses are factors affecting disabled patients′hospitalization expenses.Conclusion Individualized hospitalization nur-sing plans and management strategies should be formulated according to disabled patients′differences and characteristics,so as to effectively control disabled patients′hospitalization expenses and reduce the economic burden of disabled patients and their families.
