半自磨工艺流程与常规破磨工艺流程对比研究

摘要 介绍了白马铁矿半自磨工艺流程和常规破磨工艺流程,对比分析了工艺流程、生产指标、设备运行指标、建设投资、生产运行成本等,结果表明,半自磨工艺具有流程简单、基建投资低、对矿石适应性较强、排矿粒度细等优点,但存在设备故障率较高、衬板使用寿命短、设备作业率相对较低、单位生产成本高等缺点。研究结果可供同类矿山建设参考。 SAG mill grinding and conventional crushing-grinding processes adopted in Baima Iron Mine are introduced.Based on the detailed comparison of processing flowsheet,production index,equipment operation parameter,construction investment,operation cost,it can be concluded that the SAG milling process has the advantages of simple process,low construction investment,good adaptability to ores and fine grinding fineness,also some disadvantages like high equipment failure rate,short service life for lining plate,relatively low equipment operation rate and high production cost.These results can be referred in the construction of similar mines.
