以教育家精神赋能高校师范教育:内在逻辑、价值意蕴与实践路径

摘要 习近平总书记致信全国优秀教师代表,从“理想信念、道德情操、育人智慧、躬耕态度、仁爱之心、弘道追求”六个维度深刻阐释了教育家精神丰富内涵和实践要求,以教育家精神赋能新时代高校师范教育发展意义重大。通过对理论、实践、历史、现实方面的梳理,厘清教育家精神赋能师范教育的内在逻辑。在此基础上,分别从铸牢初心使命、厚植师德规范、练就能力本领、夯实核心素养、厚植高尚情怀、展现崇高担当六个角度揭示了赋能的价值意蕴。最后,从政治导向、标准导向、目标导向、创新导向、价值导向和时代导向六个层面提出赋能的实践路径,旨在教导师范生弘扬践行教育家精神,努力成为高素质专业化创新型的未来教师。 In his letter to the national outstanding teacher representatives,President XI Jinping profoundly elaborated the rich connotation of educator spirit and practical requirements.It covers six dimensions,namely,“ideal and belief,moral sentiment,educating wisdom,cultivation attitude,heart of benevolence,pursuit of education”.It significantly encourages educator spirit endowment for normal university education in the new era.With a thorough analysis to theory,practice,history and reality,this paper clarifies the internal logic of educator spirit empowering for normal university education.On this basis,the author reveals the value implication of empowerment from six aspects,namely,casting their original mission,reinforcing teacher ethics,cultivating their competence,consolidating their core quality,reinforcing their noble feelings and demonstrating their noble responsibility.Finally,the paper puts forward the practical paths of empowerment from six levels:political orientation,standard orientation,goal orientation,innovation orientation,value orientation and times orientation.It aims at teaching normal university students to carry forward,to practice their educator spirit and to become professional and innovative future teachers with a high quality.
