紫苏基多孔炭材料的制备及其电化学性能研究

摘要 以紫苏为炭源,KCl/KOH为活化剂,豆腐为氮源,在不同工艺条件下制备了用作超级电容器电极材料的紫苏基多孔炭。本实验从材料活化温度、保温时间、掺杂量等方面,考察不同工艺对紫苏基活性炭的电化学性能的影响。结果表明,在活化温度800℃下,掺入2.0 g豆腐,保温1.0 h,制备的紫苏基掺杂活性炭的比表面积为1 187.55 m^(2)/g,比电容为277 F/g。 Nitrogen-doped activated carbons with porous structure for supercapacitor are prepared under different process conditions using perilla as carbon source,tofu as nitrogen source and KCl/KOH as activated agent.The effects of activation temperature,activation time and the N doping amount on the electrochemical performances of activated carbon are investigated.The results show that the high quality activated carbon as electrode material could be prepared under the conditions of activation temperature 800℃,adding 2.0 g of tofu,and activation time 1.0 h.Under these conditions,its specific surface area of the sample is 1187.55 m^(2)/g and specific capacitance is 277 F/g.
