摘要
目的:建立陈皮不同栽培品种的HPLC指纹图谱,为陈皮的来源鉴别提供依据。方法:采用HPLC建立陈皮指纹图谱,使用对照品及液质联用技术对特征峰进行鉴定。结果:收集的47批样品的指纹图谱共标定出14个特征峰,其中9个为共有峰(3个经对照品比对指认),5个为特征峰(经质谱鉴定)。结论:建立的HPLC指纹图谱方法能够有效区分温州蜜柑与其他栽培品种,为陈皮不同品种鉴别提供参考。
Objective:To establish HPLC fingerprints of Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium(CRP)from different cultivars,which will serve as a foundation for identifying their original source.Methods:The fingerprints of CRP are established by HPLC,and the characteristic peaks are identified using reference materials and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry technology.Results:In the fingerprint spectra of 47 batches of collected materials,a total of 14 distinctive peaks are calibrated,5 of which are characteristic peaks(identification by mass spectrometry)and 9 of which are shared peaks(3 shared peaks are identified through comparison with reference materials).Conclusion:The established HPLC fingerprinting method can effectively differentiate Citrus reticulata‘Unshiu’from other cultivars,which provides reference for the identification of different cultivars of CRP.
